Documentation that ships
at the speed of your code.

ScribeOps is a documentation workflow platform we're building for engineering teams that ship weekly. AI agents draft, your team reviews, and the result lands wherever your docs live: GitBook, Confluence, Notion, or plain markdown in your repo. We're opening early access in waves through 2026.

The Documentation Tax

Your docs shouldn't be
the bottleneck.

Engineering ships weekly. Documentation lags by months. Developers get pulled into writing. Support tickets pile up. ScribeOps fixes the loop, without replacing your writers.

× Docs are always 2–3 versions behind the product.
Grounded in your source of truth
Point ScribeOps at your repo or docs and it grounds every article in the real source, then re-checks freshness on a schedule. Ticket-triggered drafts are on the roadmap.
× Writing docs takes weeks of engineering time you don't have.
AI drafts, humans approve
A drafting agent writes against your style profile. A quality agent flags gaps. Your tech writer reviews. Never starts from a blank page.
× You have no idea whether your documentation is actually working.
Real KPIs, real reports
Track Time-to-Doc, accuracy, freshness, and search success in a live dashboard. Roll it up to a one-page exec report your CTO can read.
The full lifecycle · Live in alpha

Not a generator.
The whole documentation lifecycle.

Most tools stop at a first draft. ScribeOps covers every stage, Plan → Create → Review → Publish → Maintain, in one product, with AI doing the heavy lifting and your team in control at each step.

01 · PLAN
Plan
Map products, features and the paths to reach them; pick a doc structure (Diátaxis, support KB…). Plan the whole set before a word is written.
02 · CREATE
Create
Generate the full set in your voice, grounded in your sources and style guide, saved as markdown in a real, version-controlled git repo.
03 · REVIEW
Review
Quality audits, gap analysis and broken-link checks raise trackable tasks. Edit by hand or just chat with the agent to fix them.
04 · PUBLISH
Publish
Ship a themed, hosted docs site, or export markdown / .docx. Publish on demand or on a schedule.
05 · MAINTAIN
Maintain
Scheduled freshness checks and 20+ automation recipes keep docs accurate as the product changes, with the savings tallied on your dashboard.
What you get

Features your doc team
will actually use.

ScribeOps replaces the brittle parts of your documentation pipeline. It doesn't replace the people who care about quality. We label what's live in our alpha today versus what's on the roadmap for beta. No vapor.

Works with your stack

Plugs into the tools you
already use.

No rip-and-replace. ScribeOps reads from your dev tools, watches your support channels, and publishes wherever your docs live, today via GitHub and any REST API, with more native connectors on the roadmap.

Honest Comparison

Why teams pick ScribeOps.

There are plenty of ways to write docs. Most of them either trade quality for speed, or speed for control. ScribeOps is the only one that keeps both.

Roadmap

Honest about where we are.

No vapor. No pressure. Here's the plan, the dates we're aiming for, and what waitlist members get at each stage.

Now Active
Design partners
A small group of teams shaping the workflows, the integrations, and the style profile against their real docs corpus. If you ship weekly and have an opinion, talk to us.
Q3 2026

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

Private beta opens Q3 2026 to the first 50 teams from the waitlist. General availability follows in Q4 2026 with a free tier from day one. If you're shipping weekly and have a real docs problem, get on the list, we sequence by fit, not by submission order.
Three things: priority access when beta opens, free use of the platform during the beta period, and lock-in pricing for the 12 months after general availability. No payment, no commitment. We email you once when your invite is ready.
Yes. We're working with a small group of teams that want to shape the workflows, integrations, and KPI definitions against their real docs corpus. Hit "Reserve a spot" and mention design partner in the email, we'll set up a call.
A drafting agent picks up your JIRA ticket, classifies it against the Diátaxis framework, and writes a draft against your style profile. The draft arrives as a merge request in your git provider with style deviations flagged inline. Your tech writer and SME review, then ScribeOps publishes wherever your docs live.
Not a blocker. ScribeOps will support GitHub Issues and Linear as the work-tracking source, and can also trigger workflows from GitLab commits or Slack messages directly.
AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access, and audit logging are baseline. SOC 2 work runs in parallel with the beta. We will not train models on your documentation without explicit written permission, ever.
Because the people who care about this problem are the people who should help shape the answer. We'd rather build with feedback from the start than launch a polished product that solves the wrong half of the problem. If that resonates, get on the list.

Stop chasing docs.
Be first in line.

Drop your email. We'll reach out when your invite is ready, and only then. No newsletters, no drip campaigns, no marketing automation.
